FRAMESPOTTING - ABOUT ME

I am a street artist and the initiator of Framespotting - an ongoing art project in which I place framed photographs as a gift in public spaces. Each of my pictures is an invitation to experience the city with open eyes, to experience art anew and to be happy about the little things again. Anyone who finds a picture is allowed to keep it - a gift without conditions.
My photographs are often taken on the go: short moments, my observation of the city and its surroundings. I would like to share these with people. I reach people in a moment when they do not expect it, and often such a picture then does them particularly good. There are so many beautiful stories about what the pictures do to people. The feedback from the finders is my reward for this action and it is simply beautiful.
Besides Framespotting, I also launched Paint it Pride - an art project that makes queer history visible and connects it with a colorful present.
My work is an invitation to look, discover and share.
